How the Experience Unfolds
Kickoff: Sunday, January 11 | 1:00–3:00pm PT
(Live + recorded)
We begin with a powerful two-hour workshop with hypnosis and closed eyed exercises designed to help you step fully back into the journey.
During the kickoff, you’ll:
- Re-engage with your identity as an apprentice of weight mastery
- Gently dissolve resistance to releasing weight (or going deeper into mastery)
- Shift out of procrastination and back into motivation
- Release three common limiting beliefs that block long-term success and replace them with empowered beliefs aligned for weight success
- Create a clear, compelling vision for your 2026 weight mastery journey
Preparation Days: Monday & Tuesday (Jan 12–13)
Before Day 0 (Wednesday) begins, you’ll watch short, focused videos designed to set you up for success.
We’ll cover:
- Choosing your own pace of weight release
- Managing overwhelm and doubt (before they derail you)
- Setting realistic expectations that support consistency
- Preparing your mind for success starting Day 0 (Wednesday, Jan 14)
Think of these as your runway—not busywork, just alignment.
Part 1: Days 1–3: Reconnecting with the Mind Skills That Drive Weight Release
Weight release becomes sustainable when your inner world is supportive instead of combative.
During these days, we’ll focus on:
- Re-engaging your Inner Coach—so guidance replaces pressure
- Turning down the Inner Critic, who confuses shame with motivation
- Working with your Inner Rebel, so self-sabotage loosens its grip
- Protecting and nurturing your Inner Child, the part that often eats for comfort or safety
- We will dive deeper into the nuanced management of feelings and reactions that often lead us to give up or get off track
This is where consistency begins.
Part 2: Days 4–6: Strengthening the Weight Skills
Now we bring everything back to the practical, livable side of weight mastery.
You’ll work on:
- Living within your calorie budget for weight release—with pleasure
- Turning down food noise and managing the Carb Zombie
- Creating a relationship with movement that supports your life
This isn’t about being “good.”
It’s about building a way of living you can actually sustain.
Part 3: Days 7–9: Mastering the Environment Skills
Because weight mastery doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
We’ll dive into:
- Managing people and getting support
- Creating higher level mindset that keeps your environment and the stimulus in it set up for success
- Inner rule control (flexibility beats rigidity)
- Becoming an Inner Scientist—collecting data instead of judging yourself
This is where long-term maintenance becomes realistic.
Day 10: Graduation & Integration
We close by bringing everything together.
You’ll:
- Integrate all nine skills
- Create a plan for consistency moving forward
- Strengthen trust in yourself
- Clarify your next steps on the journey
This is about confidence—not perfection.
