Welcome to our 5-Day Weighing & Measuring Kickoff Challenge—a short, powerful reset designed to help you realign your portions, steady your weight release, and reconnect with reality in the most empowering way possible.

This challenge is about re-calibrating your inner scientist.

For five days, you’ll:

  • Weigh and measure your food (no perfection required)
  • Gather clean, neutral data
  • Retrain your brain to recognize true portions again
  • Build confidence and consistency in your weight release

Think of it as giving your brain a quick tune-up—so weight release can feel smoother and more steady again.

How It Works

Each day, you’ll challenge yourself to:

  • Weigh and measure what you eat
  • Stay curious, not critical
  • Notice patterns, surprises, and wins
  • Practice mastery—not perfection

Five days. That’s it.
Short enough to feel doable.
Long enough to create real shifts.
