Refresh your nutrition knowledge and learn to satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt. This hands-on course combines a quick macronutrient and label-reading primer with a cooking class focused on crafting protein-centric, low-calorie treats you will love.

  • Nutrition Refresher: Master the basics of macronutrients and learn how to navigate Nutrition Facts tables. We will cover strategies to plan balanced, protein-centric meals that keep you full and help you meet your daily requirements.
  • Cooking Class: Roll up your sleeves and prepare delicious, low-calorie desserts.

Maintenance Meeting
