In this session, we’ll explore meaningful ways to strengthen that inner relationship and create a powerful vision for the month ahead. You’ll leave feeling inspired, centered, and ready to show up for yourself with renewed focus and care.

NEW Maintenance Meeting and Peer Huddles–Social Eating Best Practices

Starting this month, we’re excited to introduce our new Maintenance Meetings for members who are nearing or currently in maintenance. Each session will begin with 20 minutes of hot seat coaching led by Rita, where we’ll focus on real-world maintenance challenges and strategies to stay on track.

After coaching, you’ll join small peer “huddles” for 50 minutes of guided discussion around the month’s topic. This is a great opportunity to connect, share insights, and support one another in navigating maintenance together. We can’t wait to see you there and continue building a strong, sustainable maintenance community!

Come join Coach Julie and the Shift coaches for an open, honest conversation about everyday eating! They’ll share what’s working for them right now — from meal ideas to mindset shifts — and then we’ll open the floor for your questions, insights, and best practices.
